Whipped Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Scald 1 cup of milk in top of double boiler.
    Mix sugar, salt and flour.
    Add remaining 1/2 cup of milk and make smooth paste. Pour into hot milk and stir until thick.
    Beat eggs and add to hot mixture.
    Cook for 5 minutes or until thick.
    Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool and pour into baked pie shell. Pile whipped cream on top.
