Apple Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

12 fat-free apple fruit newtons, chopped
8 slices raisin bread
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 c. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In greased 2-quart casserole, combine cookies and bread cubes. Combine milk, egg substitute, margarine, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour over cookie mixture.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 to 30 minutes more until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
Makes 12 servings, 158 calories; 175 mg. sodium; 3 grams fat each.
