Chocolate Lime Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Put 1 cup crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; spread evenly. Mix the water, jello, sugar and lemon juice; let cool.
    Add grated chocolate.
    When beginning to set, whip evaporated milk.
    Add gelatin mixture; whip together until thick.
    Pour over crumbs in pan.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Refrigerate until set.
