Diet Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Take boned chicken breasts, flatten slightly; dip into salad dressing and roll in seasoned bread crumbs to which grated cheese was added.
    Spray baking sheet with spray cooking oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
