Salt-Free Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
2 slices loaf bread
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. lemon herb seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Crumble bread; cover with sweet milk.
When soaked, add egg and beef, then mix in onion and spices.
Mix together well and form into balls (golf ball size).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve on rice.
