Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large head cabbage
    2 c. rice
    2 cans sauerkraut
    3 cans tomato soup
    2 small onions
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Steam cabbage until leaves are flexible.
    Cook rice.
    Mix rice and raw ground beef together.
    Add diced onions.
    Take leaves from cabbage head and roll the mixture into the leaves.
    Roll on the vein of leaf; tuck the flexible ends in.
    Put in roasting pan; cover with tomato soup and kraut (mix water with tomato soup). Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
