Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. diced cooked chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. bamboo shoots, cut into pieces
    3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 tsp. instant minced onions
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. crushed triangle thins (any buttery flavored crackers)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except triangle thins.
    Line casserole with the thins.
    Add salad mixture.
    Top with remaining thins and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
