Hungarian Broilers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 chickens, quartered
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown onions and garlic in butter; remove from skillet.
    Add chicken and brown.
    Put chicken in covered dish.
    Return onions and garlic to skillet.
    Add paste and broth; bring to boil and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
