Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large fresh tomato
    3 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute beef, squash, onions and seasonings in skillet until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
    Stir frequently.
    Add chilies, rice, sour cream and 1 cup cheese.
    Pour into 2-pint casserole dish.
    Arrange tomato slices on top.
    Salt and pepper.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
