Julie'S Eggs Portugal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 slices bread, crusts trimmed and torn
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer sausage, bread and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine milk, eggs and mustard in bowl; mix well.
    Spread over cheese.
    Blend soup and wine in small bowl.
    Spread over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
