Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mushrooms and juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. milk or stock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add flour and blend.
Add milk or chicken stock, mushroom stock, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Accent.
Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
Makes 3 cups sauce.
