Slick Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling chicken broth
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt. Pour boiling water into the flour and stir until well blended.
    Place dough on floured board and roll out 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut into 1-inch squares and drop into boiling broth.
    Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
