Butterfinger Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    3 large Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
    3 c. milk
    2 boxes butter pecan pudding (instant)
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk; set aside.
    Bake cake as directions say in 13 x 9-inch pan; let cool.
    With a piece of thread divide cake is half, returning 1/2 to cake pan.
    Support sides of pan to keep cake from sliding.
    Cool cake.
    Now layer cake, pudding, candy bars, Cool Whip, pudding, candy bars.
    Place Cool Whip and candy bars on top.
    This cake won two baking contests.
