Corn Souffle(Hand Me Downs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Put in deep baking dish (Corning Ware, etc.).
    Cut butter in chunks and sprinkle on top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add cheese to top.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
