Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 box Dream Whip (2 envelopes)
1 box quality white cake mix
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 c. cold milk
1 c. corn oil
1 c. club soda
Preparation

Cake:
Sift cake mix into large mixer bowl.
Add 1 box of pudding, eggs, oil, soda and nuts.
On #1 speed, mix just enough to blend.
Then beat on #4 speed for 4 minutes.
Pour batter into smaller fluted or tube pan prepared for baking (greased and floured).
Do not use 12 cup pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Test with toothpick at 40 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Turn out.
Ice when cool.
