Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
Pour on a greased 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet.
Sprinkle 1 cup crushed nuts on dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 cup powdered sugar on a linen towel. Loosen cake and turn out on towel.
Starting at narrow edge, roll up and cool.
Unroll cake, remove towel and spread cream cheese frosting.
Roll.
Serves 12 to 15.
