Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. cooked rice or 3 qt. bread
    4 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    2 doz. ground oysters and liquid
    1 c. turkey stock and ground cooked giblets
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add rice or moistened bread, parsley, seasonings, oysters and stock with giblets.
    Mix and heat thoroughly.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well.
    Yields stuffing for 10 pound turkey.
