Kat'S Crabby Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Chinese fried rice
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. grated Muenster cheese
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Butter a small casserole and crumble rice into casserole. Stir in celery, almonds, cheese and onion.
    Fold in mayonnaise gently.
    May be topped with onion rings or almonds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until it smells irresistible.
    Serve with salad for a fancy luncheon.
