Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

drippings
1 or 2 cans tomatoes or home canned (if you have them)
little salt and pepper
flour
Preparation

After you fry pork chops, bacon, steak, etc., pour off as much grease as you can, leaving the flavorful drippings.
Add tomatoes to those drippings and stir well.
May need a little salt and pepper and if you did not have much flour left or were using bacon drippings, you may want to add a little flour to thicken, if you want it thick that is.
