Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. kraut, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine vinegar and sugar; bring to a boil.
Pour over kraut mixture.
Cover and set overnight.
