Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. Quaker oats
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats and let stand.
    Cream oleo, white sugar and brown sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add cooled oatmeal.
    Sift flour, soda and salt.
    Put in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside to make topping.
