Garden Party Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 1/2 c. V-8 vegetable juice
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook onion with basil until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and crisp, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 5 cups or 8 servings.
