Noodle Kugel(16 To 18 Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broad noodles
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Drain and rinse with cold water. Beat eggs and milk.
    Add other ingredients and blend well.
    Mix with noodles and put in a greased 12 x 18-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top will begin to brown.
    May be served hot or at room temperature.
