Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes(12 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender.
Drain. Mash until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Cool.
Cover and set in refrigerator.
May be used anytime in 2 weeks.
Place potatoes in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or heated through. Tastes like baked potato with sour cream and chives.
