Chicken Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. all purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Place margarine in 1 1/2-quart round casserole and set in moderate (350\u00b0) oven until melted. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Spoon chicken mixture into center.
    Bake about 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
