Chicken Marengo A La Lipton - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
1 large clove garlic, mashed
1 1/2 envelopes Lipton onion-mushroom soup
Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken.
Remove chicken.
Stir in tomatoes, garlic and soup.
Return chicken to pan and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Boil spaghetti until done and pour tomato sauce over spaghetti.
Serve with chicken.
Serve immediately.
Can be prepared ahead and frozen.
