Fresh Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. pork
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground whole pepper
1 c. water
5 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut pork into 2-inch pieces.
Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
Put in refrigerator at least overnight, mixing once in a while.
Add a little more water if needed.
Put into casings.
