Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. shortening or beef drippings
Preparation
    Into a bowl sift together salt and flour.
    Add milk, water, eggs and Tabasco sauce.
    Beat the mixture until smooth.
    Let the batter stand covered for at least 2 hours.
