Taco Salad With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 qt. lettuce, broken
    2 c. tomato wedges and juice
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips (cheese or taco flavored), some crushed
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil; add taco mix and water and stir.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Pour warm over all other ingredients in large salad bowl; mix well and serve.
    No other dressing needed. Serves 6 to 8.
    Can serve with hot garlic bread or pizza.
