Brunsviger(Recipe From Denmark) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add yeast to lukewarm milk; stir well.
    Add butter, flour, sugar and salt.
    Cover dough for 30 minutes.
    Roll out into a square, approximately 15 inches.
    Put in a pan and make an edge.
