Bordelaise Steak Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. red wine
    1 can beef gravy
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    mince parsley
    salt
    cayenne
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add wine and simmer until liquid is reduced to half.
    Add gravy, lemon juice, parsley and seasonings. Serve on steak, London Broil or similar cuts.
