Spoonburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up and juice reserved
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
Stir well, scraping sides. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Spoon over buns or pasta.
May also be prepared on stove top, browning hamburger and adding rest of ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
