Frosty Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can pitted cherries
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (17 oz.) can apricots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat cheese until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream, sugar and
    salt on low speed.
    Stir in fruit and marshmallows; pour
    into\tmold.
    Freeze
    at
    least
    8
    hours.
    Ten minutes before
    serving, unmold onto crisp greens.\tMakes 6 to 8 servings.
