Microwave Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, corn syrup, water and salt in 3-quart casserole dish.
Cook on high for 5 minutes.
Stir thoroughly.
Cook on high for 9 to 12 minutes or until mixture reaches hard ball (260\u00b0). Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Slowly pour mixture over egg whites.
Beat on high speed with electric beater.
Add vanilla. Beat until mixture holds its shape and begins to lose gloss.
