Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped tomato
    salt and pepper to your preference
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Cook chicken until done.
    Add tomato, water, onion, soup, salt, pepper and curry powder.
    Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add the cornstarch; cook until desired thickness.
    I serve this dish over rice and carrots and peas.
