Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
coconut and raisins (may be added, if desired)
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. or more powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 minutes in a large 11 x 15-inch greased and floured sheet cake pan.
