Shrimp And Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen cut broccoli
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2/3 c. chopped, cooked fresh or frozen shrimp
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli; set aside.
    Stir together beaten eggs, milk and green onions; stir in shrimp.
    Toss together shredded Swiss cheese and flour; stir into egg mixture.
    Stir in the broccoli.
    Bake the pie shell in a 450\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes until pastry is nearly done.
    Remove pastry from oven and reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    (If necessary, cover edge of crust to prevent overbrowning while baking.)
    Pour mixture into the hot baked pie shell and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Let quiche stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
