Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 large box lasagna noodles (12)
2 (15 oz.) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Cook pasta.
Drain and rinse to cool.
Heat tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce in skillet.
Simmer to break up tomatoes.
