Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add flour and salt to yeast mixture and mix well.
    Add shortening and work in with clean hands.
    Shape into a ball.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place. When nicely risen, pat into a greased pizza pan and add sauce and toppings.
