Zucchini In Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. beer
1 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 medium zucchini
cooking oil
Preparation

Let beer stand open at room temperature until flat, about 45 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together flour, cheese and spices.
Add olive oil, beaten egg yolks and beer.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in egg white.
Dip zucchini (sliced medium thick) in batter.
Fry in cooking oil which is already hot until golden brown.
Fry 2 to 5 minutes.
Drain and serve.
