Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
salt and pepper
6 pork chops
onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into rings
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Wash rice, spread on bottom of buttered 10-inch iron frying pan.
Salt and pepper pork chops.
Place on top of rice.
Slice onion thin, place on top of chops.
Place green pepper rings on top of onions.
Take canned tomatoes, drain and pour over chops. Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in water; fill cup with juice drained from tomatoes, enough to make 1 cup.
