Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrots and onion in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
    Blend well. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss.
    Chill several hours.
