German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
    6 slices bacon
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the bacon and onion in skillet. Crumble bacon. Put in shaker to mix the vinegar, water and cornstarch.
    Pour over bacon and onion and cook about 3 minutes. Add the sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat and serve hot.
