Brisket With Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. brisket (or larger if desired)
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and rub into meat. Wrap tightly in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Unwrap. Place on grill for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning once. Remove from grill and wrap tightly in heavy duty foil. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with barbecue sauce.
