Tuna Salad Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish or chopped olives
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of water.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cold water, salt, celery salt, paprika and lemon juice over low heat; blend well.
    Remove from heat and add mayonnaise, celery, pickle relish and tuna.
    Pour into oiled mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
