Liver Louisiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 lb. liver, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Marsala wine (optional)
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove from pan, drain and crumble. Add liver, onion, green pepper, garlic and chili powder; cook until liver is browned.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Stir often. Makes 4 servings.
