Swiss Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped pepper
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    tomatoes (optional)
    1/2 c. Port wine
Preparation
    Remove all fat from steak.
    Mix first four ingredients and beat into both sides of steak.
    Make sure steak is well covered with mixture.
    Sear until brown in hot skillet.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients (except wine). Cover and place in oven.
    Simmer at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Half hour before serving, add 1/2 cup Port wine.
    Serve over noodles.
