Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. cream of tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, onion, and seasonings.
    Form into balls about 1 1/2 inches.
    Brown meat balls.
    Add soup, cover and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
