Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. pecans (optional)
3 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3/4 stick margarine or butter

Preparation

Cook this about 3 minutes, then pour over hot cake.
