Veal Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 lb. veal, cubed (beef cubes work well)
    1 c. finely sliced celery
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add celery, onion and cook until tender. Blend next 5 ingredients; pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Simmer 2 hours. Serve goulash over hot cooked noodles tossed with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
